Yes. Material and zipper sample packs are free; customers only cover shipping. Custom printed samples are also available, and the custom sample production fee is refunded after the bulk order is confirmed according to our sample policy.

Yes. For gravure repeat orders, existing cylinders can generally be reused when the artwork, size, colors, and printing specifications remain unchanged and the cylinders are still in suitable condition. We retain gravure cylinders for up to 2 years. Digital printing does not require gravure cylinders.
Typical production after artwork approval is 7–12 days for digital printing and 12–15 days for gravure printing. Actual timing may vary depending on order complexity and production scheduling.
